For me, being a witch is about connection, wisdom, and transformation. It is a sacred path towards trusting yourself, and your connection to divinity within yourself, within the natural world, and within all things. Magic is the process of working on your own reality by focused power of will.
Creating spells uses a combination of mindfulness, focus and creativity. All things that help with your overall wellbeing and mental health.
Making spell jars encourages us to approach our mental health with a sense of mindfulness and focus. It allows us to have that time to focus our energy and thinking.
